We waited almost 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time in the waiting room, which was disappointing as someone who had to ask favors with my employer to get time away from work on short notice.

The staff are all wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable and compassionate. They explained things well and are conscientious about the long travel time we come.

Our appointment was a pre-op, so we didn't get a lot of interaction or time with the doctors. This is it.

The front desk staff was really nice when we checked in and then he went out of his way to come over and clarify something for us as we were waiting. We really appreciated that.
