Rosina Marie Hussain-Weeres, MD

Dr. Hussain attended medical school in at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica and spent her clinical years rotating at inner city hospitals throughout the United States, where she first cared for children with traumatic injuries.

During her childhood she traveled the world with her family and recognized the need for pediatric advocacy. A particular encounter with a 5 year old homeless child on the streets of India left an everlasting impression. Since then she has volunteered in Kenya, Mexico, Spain and India with numerous organizations, taking care of sick children.

In her spare times she enjoys traveling, cycling and spending time with her family. She is fluent in 3 languages and is health enthusiast.
