[We] really appreciated how colorful the space was. There were lots of stickers and art and visualization to make our kiddo feel comfortable. The doctor was really exceptional in how they interacted with our kiddo. They asked for consent before touching his body, which I had never experienced before. All of the front decks staff every single step along the way, including the folks who were in the lab and took his blood for the very first time. Everyone just made him feel so comfortable and appreciated.
