Dr Balani was a breath of fresh air! This was our first time seeing her and I finally feel like I understand the plan of care for my children. All the correct labs were ordered and follow up was clearly communicated. She even caught that the wrong genetic panel had been requested by our previous doctor and helped to initiate the correct panel being run. She was very reassuring and explained everything thoroughly.
