Sonja Marie Green, MD

Sonja Green, MD is a Pediatric Hospitalist at Children's, Minneapolis Campus. She attended medical school at the University of Wisconsin Medical School before completing her pediatric residency at the University of Minnesota hospital and Clinics. She then completed a Chief Residency year at the University of Minnesota before joining a multi specialty clinic. After practicing outpatient general pediatrics for almost 12 years, she joined Children's Minnesota in 2009. She enjoys and is interested in the entire scope of pediatrics and how it relates to the patient as a whole. She strives to effectively communicate this to the family, with particular attention to their input and concerns.

In her limited free time, Sonja enjoys running on the LRT regional trail, home projects, and spending time with her husband and their four children.
