Stephen George Lutz, MD

Dr. Stephen Lutz was born near New York City. His undergraduate training was in Biology at Duke University and he earned his medical degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo. He completed his pediatric residency and served as Chief Resident at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics. He is presently on the clinical teaching faculty there. He joined Southdale Pediatrics in 1995 and currently sees patients at the Eden Prairie office location.

Dr. Lutz's outside interests include being an avid woodworker and home "do-it-yourselfer". In addition, he enjoys traveling, going to the theater, and playing string bass.

Dr. Lutz greatly enjoys practicing Pediatrics. He appreciates working with parents and helping both them and their children to understand about illnesses and also the promotion of good health. He also enjoys seeing the large variety of ages and concerns that are part of pediatrics.
