I had to come in and get some antibiotics and all the nurses were very nice and very helpful. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. I did not schedule an appointment. I just walked in and she was very nice. And then the doctor that saw me, she had white short hair. I think her name was Tammy, her first name. She was very helpful to me. She also recommended me to get my COVID booster and flu shot and I did that and I think she called me super smart for doing that and that was funny. She was just very, very helpful, very kind.

Met the provider the day before with other child, but she didn't seem to recognize me at all and reintroduced herself. Didn't have referrals or resources on nutrition I was looking for. I miss our old clinics AVS- she would pack it with lots of good parenting tips for the age they were

She was very gentle and communicative with my child and she put her at ease. She talked to her and asked her questions & follow up questions that felt like she was genuinely interested in what my child had to say, not just to be nice.

This provider did the absolute bare minimum for the visit. She did not ask if I had questions or concerns nor did she review the sheet of paper where it asked me to write down my questions/concerns. I had to prompt the provider at the end of the visit, and felt like I had to rush the question out, because it felt like the provider needed to leave. It is outrageous how much will be charged for this visit, when you actually look at the value of what transpired.
