Tiffanie was patient, took us in even though we were late. And we didn't feel rushed at all! Also very knowledgable.

They provide excellent care. I practically arrived at the doctor's office, and the nurse offered us assistance. They offered us the help of an interpreter. The nurses treated us very well. So, I liked the way they treated the little girl. I also liked how they cared for her. They treated her in a playful way, in a nice way, so that the little girl wouldn't feel uncomfortable. So, yes, I rate the nurses' care very highly. That's my opinion. Thank you very much, and I appreciate you taking such good care of us. Thank you.

We gave the provider a 10 because the provider went above and beyond and has always gone above and beyond for us. Children's hospital clinics, all of them have done so much. It is so worth driving, taking the three, four hour drive down to the cities to go to those appointments because the care that we receive down there for our child is completely different than the care that we receive up here. And it is phenomenal down there. And we will continue ongoing. And I love how they connect with the child and make the child and the parent both feel comfortable for all the appointments. And they are always extra great at making sure if we had any questions to answer them and go above and beyond and help connect with us as a parent for anything to care for our child. And I want to say thank you.

Everyone was really nice. The front desk people were really polite and friendly. I felt like we got checked in really early or on time. And then the audiologist was great. Both of them were great. We've had, I forgot their names, but we've had two different ones and they were just so awesome to work with and Lane really liked them. And then also our doctor for the ENT, she was also great and had a lot of good recommendations.

The staff was very welcoming and my daughter was a little nervous about being there but they empowered her to feel safe and comfortable and like she was in charge of her health and I really appreciated that in addition to the overall experience of timeliness and care that they showed to both of us.
