Timothy Alan Lander, MD

Timothy A Lander MD joined the professional staff at Children's Minnesota in 2002 after joining Dr. James Sidman in practice at Pediatric ENT Associates. He has been a member of Children's Employed Physicians since 2012 and is currently a Clinical Vice President and the Chief of Surgical Services.

He is an Associate Professor of Pediatric Otolaryngology in the Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Minnesota. His interests and background include Health Information Management, software/web design, and medical education. He is particularly interested in advancing quality improvement initiatives throughout Children's and specifically within the Surgical Division. He is also a spectacular chef and dabbles in woodworking at his home in Uptown, Minneapolis that he shares with his partner, Dr. Jay Broton.
