Vickie Paz Winner, DNP, APRN, CNP

Vickie Winner graduated from nursing school at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky where she was born and raised. Thereafter she worked as a NICU RN for 10 years before graduating from the University of Louisville with her DNP in neonatal nurse practitioner. Vickie worked on a quality improvement project to increase Tdap vaccination rates among primary caregivers in a Midwestern NICU where her interventions were related to a 27% improvement in Tdap vaccination rates. Vickie enjoys walking her dog and spending time with her niece and nephew.
